MILAN, Sept. 29 (Class Editori) -- Bertazzoni, a company based in the heart of the Emilian district of large cooking appliances, has announced the opening of Bertazzoni Beijing Kitchen Appliances, a Beijing-based commercial branch geared towards the Chinese market.
The company active in over 60 countries, which has been appreciated for 140 years for its solutions based on functionality and Made-in-Italy design around the world, is expanding in a context of strong growth and strategic development.
In 2021, Bertazzoni expects turnover to grow by more than 30% compared to the previous year, when it amounted to 84 million euros. "We are extremely satisfied with this initiative: the fast growth of a segment of consumers interested in high-profile brands and in Made-in-Italy quality makes China one of the markets with the greatest potential for the Bertazzoni Kitchen Suite," Paolo Bertazzoni, fifth-generation CEO of the company, pointed out.
Bertazzoni, which has always been synonymous with excellence, innovation, quality and attention to detail, generates over 90% of its sales abroad. The direct entry into the Chinese market is part of the strategic and commercial development of the company.
Under the leadership of the fifth and sixth generation of the Bertazzoni family, the company has recently expanded its home appliance range by introducing innovative cooking solutions and high-quality refrigeration systems, including refrigerator, freezer and wine columns. "After investing mainly in production plants over the last three years, through our new three-year 2021-2023 investment plan we want to allocate further 15 million both for development in international strategic markets, as China, and for product innovation, digitalization and recruitment of specialized figures in order to maintain a revenue growth in preparation for our 140th anniversary in 2022," Paolo Bertazzoni concluded.
