BEIJING, Oct. 22 (Xinhua) -- A promotion activity jointly held by Ba'nan District of Chongqing Municipality and Wenjiang District of Sichuan Province, both locating in southwest China, was held recently to explore culture in Sichuan-Chongqing region.
As a thematic network activity, the event adopts mobile terminal display, series short videos, creative poem posters, H5 and etc. to multi-dimensionally present the 23 towns and streets of Ba'nan District and 9 towns and streets in Wenjiang District with distinctive Sichuan-Chongqing flavors well as the historical and cultural environment, and natural ethnic ecology.
Through integrated media display and immersive experience, the cultural charm of Fengsheng Ancient Town, Colorful Forest and Huaxi LIVE Fish Cave in Ba'nan District and Beilin Green Way, Kangjiahao Wetland and Minjiang Academy of Wenjiang District are concentratedly displayed.
Moreover, cultural tourism resources such as ancient cultural towns, historical courtyards, traditional intangible cultural heritage in Ba'nan and Wenjiang districts have been showcased during the activity.
Ba'nan District, located in the southwest of Chongqing, has a history of more than 3,000 years. Wenjiang District, an important part of Chengdu's central city, is rich of history and cultural resources.
