BEIJING, March 1 (Xinhua) -- China's leading travel agency Ctrip International (CTRP.NASDAQ) is estimated to become a main shareholder of Beijing UTour International Travel Service Co., Ltd. (002707.SZ) via major asset restructuring in the coming 12 months, according to a latest agreement framework signed between the two sides.
Based on the agreement, Ctrip and UTour will enhance online and offline communication and cooperation in holiday tourism.
