The Italy China Council Foundation (ICCF), led by President Mario Boselli, held its annual members' assembly on June 25, providing a stage for discussion and innovation and confirming its leadership as a dialogue platform between China and Italy.
The annual meeting was an opportunity to take stock of a year of activities and significant results, and to unveil the projects that will animate the coming months. The assembly, a traditional crossroads of ideas and strategies, allowed members and management to delve into vital themes for the development of bilateral relations.
The opening of the proceedings featured the presentation of the new governance of ICCF, a strong signal of continuity and momentum towards the future. The members' assembly ratified the appointment of the board of directors for the 2025-2027 term, decided on last April 8. Following this, the new Presidential Committee was introduced, a statutory advisory body called to assist the president in defining the strategic programs to be presented to the board of directors. Transparency and solid management were also reaffirmed with the appointment of the legal auditor for the next three years.
The heart of the assembly pulsed with the presentation of past activities and future projects of ICCF. Thanks to an extensive network of members and partners, the organization confirms itself as an important player in the development of relations between Italy, Europe, and China. In an increasingly complex and competitive global landscape, ICCF offers concrete tools, updated analyses, and tangible growth opportunities for Italian businesses.
These successes are based on three strategic pillars: business support services, the research center, and the academy. The exceptional results achieved by each of these sectors in the past year were detailed, demonstrating the organization's ongoing commitment.
Particular attention was given to the presentation of the China Awards, which in 2025 will celebrate a historic milestone of the twentieth edition. On December 3, in the evocative setting of the National Museum of Science and Technology "Leonardo da Vinci" in Milan, Italian and Chinese companies that have distinguished themselves for their ability to seize the opportunities offered by both markets will be awarded.
To celebrate the prestigious twentieth anniversary, Italmatch Chemicals, the winner of the award back in 2007, has been invited as a special testimonial.
