BEIJING, July 23 (Xinhua) -- Postal Savings Bank of China (PSBC) recently issued a tourism service plan to further enhance the bank's financial service level, actively support the rapid development of the cultural and travel industry, facilitate the domestic economic cycle, and promote economic transformation and upgrading.
The service plan takes tourist scenic spots as the main application scenarios to build a smart cultural and tourism integrated service system. While providing financing services in areas such as scenic area development, ecological protection, facility construction and upgrading, it also provides customers with a diversified package of financial services such as merchant acquiring, intelligent settlement, payroll, code payment, online bill payment and digital RMB payment.
PSBC will implement precise policies to provide a full range of financial services for high-quality cultural and tourism projects in key areas such as the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Belt and Road related areas.
In addition, the bank will combine the operation mode of cultural tourism projects, flexibly use traditional project financing products and special credit products such as fixed asset loans and pre-project loans, and actively adopt diversified financing methods such as short-term financing bills, medium-term notes, corporate bonds and supply chain finance to solve customers' financing needs in a diversified manner.
