BEIJING, Aug. 21 (Xinhua) -- State Grid Xinxiang Power Supply Company has conducted customer visits recently, learning the customers' production and operational status and collecting feedback and suggestions on power supply services.
Meanwhile, State Grid Xinxiang Power Supply Company also conducted safety inspections of potential hazards in the customers' electrical equipment, provided guidance on developing scientific and efficient electricity usage plans, and ensured safer and more worry-free power experiences for the customers.
On August 19, State Grid Xinxiang Power Supply Company carried out safety inspections of electricity facilities at Henghengzhu Technology Co., Ltd., and supported the enterprise in promptly addressing identified safety hazards to ensure safe electricity use in production.
Optimizing the business environment for power services is one of the key tasks of State Grid Xinxiang Power Supply Company. The power company has been continuously innovating its service mechanisms to improve the quality of power supply, combining online services with on-site visits to better meet corporate power demands.
In addition, the power company has further enhanced grid-based services by assigning dedicated personnel for each power line, each distribution station, and every customer. A "one-to-one" liaison service mechanism has been established to ensure round-the-clock power service availability.
