MILAN, Jul 4 (Class Editori) -- Four directions towards ‘new horizons’ to better manage the human and professional resources of the largest law firm in the world. Dentons presented the ‘New Horizons’ program to the team composed of over 120 professionals (including 29 associates) of the two Italian offices located in Milan and Rome, an innovative project in resource management, based on the flexibility of working hours and on a plan of well-being and welfare at 360°.
The project is articulated in four directions: well-being (stress management and business coaching); lifestyle (smart working and easy dress code); mobility (agreements with all means of transport, including alternative ones, such as the electric scooter), services (pick-up/laundry delivery service at the law firm).
The project will also be aimed at professional growth, with the intention of creating a work environment that would not only be in harmony with the private sphere but would also make everyone feel valued and supported in their own career paths, which will be diversified according to aspirations and individual skills.
“Our professionals are the Firm's most important resource. We are working on team and sense of belonging consolidation,” explained the lawyer Federico Sutti, managing partner of Dentons in Italy. “It is important that our collaborators share the vision of Dentons to become the study of the future, starting from today. Our Firm must preserve the positive elements of the profession in its traditional sense, while at the same time should not be afraid to innovate the idea of being lawyers, in order to respond adequately to the incentives of an increasingly complex society and to the demands of ever more demanding clients.”
Alessandro Fosco Fagotto, the partner of Dentons who is working on developing the project together with the Chief Operating Officer Ugo Bisacco, echoes the vision of Sutti: “Given that the need to avoid an opposition between working and private life is increasingly felt, it becomes fundamental for personal balance to be able to enjoy developed levels of flexibility in the firm, as well as a series of services aimed at reconciling work with one's own private sphere.”
