BEIJING, June 23 (Xinhua) -- The Erenhot railway station in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region witnessed a total of 614 passing China-Europe inbound and outbound freight trains in the first five months, up 34.6 percent year on year, according to report by CCTV.com.
The Erenhot port is an important gateway on the China-Europe railway central routes for China to export garments, electronic products, household appliance among others and import quality commodities from countries involving in the Belt and Road Initiative. (Edited by Su Dan)
