BEIJING, May 16 (Xinhua) -- The Information and Software Services Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) on Tuesday held talks with with JD.com on industry development, exchanging ideas on information consumption upgrades, cloud computing application, standardization cooperation, tracing system construction and poverty reduction by e-commerce.
