BEIJING, May 4 (Xinhua) – Southeast China-located Fujian Province will strive to finish a total of 3.3 billion yuan investment in construction of logistics parks of various types in 2018, reported Fujian Daily citing Fujian Provincial Commission of Economy and Information Technology Friday.
The province plans to rely on its logistics knot cities and transportation hubs and take into consideration industrial structure deployment and regional development conditions to push forward construction of more than 20 logistics parks.
As the report said, these logistics parks are expected to be crafted into ones for comprehensive services, commerce and trade services, life services, port services and freight hub type logistics parks this year.

To boost investment, relevant provincial government departments of Fujian vowed to provide financial incentives for certain logistics parks. For instance, those logistics park projects that have been put into operation or start trial operation with more than 30 million yuan of aggregate investment and logistics operation area accounting for over 60 percent of the project floor areas will be given a reward at five percent of their investment or one million yuan at maximum. For logistics public information platforms with more than five million yuan investment, one-time subsidies equal to 20 percent of their investment amount will be offered.
