BEIJING -- Hosted by the Development Research Center of the State Council, China Development Forum 2018 was held in Beijing from March 24 to 26. At the forum, Belt and Road and its development opportunity attracted wide attention from attendees. They believed that the Belt and Road based on mutual benefit and win-win result appears more precious amid the worsening of U.S. trade protectionism. The Belt and Road construction is becoming a new focus and highlight of the world economy in practice, People’s Daily Overseas Edition reported.
