MCCCE Group inked recently a general contract and subcontracts with the Ukraine riviera development group for phase I of the Odessa Riviera commercial housing project.
The two sides also signed a memorandum of understanding for phase II and phase III of the project.
Located in Odessa, Ukraine, the Odessa Riviera Commercial Housing Phase I Project consists of two high-end apartment-style residential buildings covering a total area of 21,700 square meters.
