Malaysian unit of MCC Overseas has completed recently the Sunway Weile City (originally VELO) 3R1 and 3R2 apartment buildings project in Malaysia.
The project is part of the Phase III of a large comprehensive development project (including markets, hotels, offices, residences and hospitals) in Kuala Lumpur City.
Developed by the Sunway Group, one of the top three real estate developers in Malaysia, it has the highest storey height among comprehensive development projects.
With a total construction area of 120,000 square meters, it includes construction of the 3R1 and 3R2 31-storey apartment buildings with a height of 115.789 meters, situated only 3.8 kilometers from the Twin Towers.
MCC Overseas Ltd. is the subsidiary company wholly owned by China’s Metallurgical Corporation of China Ltd. (MCC Group). Established in 1994, MCC Overseas developed into an independent legal entity in September 2006.
