BEIJING, Aug. 6 (Xinhua) -- State Grid Henan Electric Power Company has made every effort to strengthen environmental governance in order to boost sustainable development.
In Jiaozuo, a city in northwest Henan Province, the local grid company strictly reviews its construction plans in accordance with environment regulations to ensure “zero problem” before start of construction. It also strengthens self-inspection in its projects to ensure full implementation of environmental protection management requirements.
In order to reduce environmental risk, the grid company has adopted video monitoring platform and drones to carry out all-round supervision over the construction sites.
