MILAN, Sep. 8 (Class Editori) — Auto Maintenance & Repair Expo 2021, held in Beijing, was the stage chosen to present the launch of Daerg China, a joint-venture between Idrobase Group, headquartered in Borgoricco (Padua), and Daerg Chimica, headquartered in Sorbolo-Mezzani, (Parma). The Italian business venture wants to offer a combined solution between detergent and mechanical hardware, aimed to the Chinese car washing market.
Daerg Chimica, born in 1982 from the entrepreneurial intuition of Davide and Ercole Giorgi, exports in 45 countries, while Idrobase Group has been operating for 16 years in the city of Ningbo, where it already produces high pressure washers and their components for both Chinese domestic market and major global producers. A new production line of detergents for the ecological car washing has been started in the Chinese plants of Allforclean.
With these initiatives, the Padua-based Group wants to strengthen its position on the Chines car washing market, which is enriched by 21 million vehicles every year, a status symbol of the growing eastern middle class.
"We have been selling on the Chinese market for years with increasingly satisfying results and we want to offer Italian quality at Chinese prices," Bruno Ferrarese, Co-President of Idrobase Group, explained. "The pandemic made us adapt our business production assets since our antivirus devices and tools to suppress dusts replaced our sales on the traditional reference market related to cleaning machines and technologies linked to the usage of pressurized water."
In fact, the company launched on the market, not only on the Chinese one, a new air purification system that uses a cutting-edge technology which is not based on filters or purifiers but converts a part of light energy into electrons and electron holes.
Idrobase Group, founded in 1986, is a constantly expanding reality in the production of equipment and solutions for the air washing and surface cleaning and exports in over 90 countries. Ningbo Allforclean Cleaning Machines Co. Ltd, owned by Idrobase Group, was established in 2004 and today has 50 employees. "In our opinion, combining Italian sanitation standards with car cleaning is a winning idea in a country that has learned the lesson of Coronavirus and is paying great attention to public health and to the fight against pollution," Ferrarese continued.
Research, engineering and marketing of Allforclean's output are carried out in Italy by Idrobase Group. The company's turnover comes 50 percent from foreign sales to several primary US and EU high pressure washer manufacturers and 50 percent from the Chinese domestic market. The products are used for professional washing of cars, trucks and trains.
