MILAN, Aug. 2 (Class Editori) — Jonix Air will strenghten its presence in Turkey. The innovative SME specialized in NTP technology for indoor air sanitization and listed on AIM Italia signed an exclusive agreement with Cbc Cooler Box Company to distribute its products in Tukey.
The five-year agreement includes the distribution of all Jonix product lines and a post-sale customer service to install, monitor, repair and replace products and related spare parts.
"We are extremely fulfilled with the agreement signed which allows us to enter a high potential market with an important partner that will be able to offer the quality level we have always provided our clients," Mauro Mantovan, President of Jonix Air, explained. "In line with the sales network development strategy announced at the time of listing, we are taking an important step towards strengthening our international presence".
Cbc Cooler Box Company is led by Turgay Dag, who has an in-depth knowledge of the commercial and industrial context of Turkey and over 25 years of experience in the white goods and electronics sectors gained by developing a new strategy for brands such as Indesit, Ariston and Merloni in the country.
The development strategy of Jonix's commercial network includes the consolidation of its position in Italy by organizing its sales network through agencies divided by areas with authorized resellers, as well as expansion into new geographical markets through the establishment of representative offices or branches in the main target markets of the EU as France, the UK, Spain, Austria, Germany. The company also boasts a network of distributors in other EU markets, sales agreements by sectors in countries outside the EU and framework agreements with multinationals in specific sectors.
