KUALA LUMPUR, March 18 (Xinhua) -- Malaysia's King Sultan Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah said Thursday that he expects the bilateral relations between Malaysia and China to achieve a new height for the mutual benefit of the people of the two countries.

Sultan Abdullah made the remarks when he received the credentials presented by the new Chinese ambassador to Malaysia, Ouyang Yujing, at the national palace here.

Sultan Abdullah expressed his hope that the relations between Malaysia and China could achieve a new height during Ouyang's tenure as ambassador for the mutual benefit of the two peoples.
