As for allowing civil servants to work from home, Mr. Anutin said there was no need to seek cabinet approval, that any department could try such method if it got ready, and that there were many alternatives in addition to working from home, such as staggered working hours.
The meeting did not involve discussions on the lifting of the emergency decree which will be effective until May 31, 2020 and the results of the opinion survey on the lifting.
