BEIJING -- On April 18 2019, the first Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Chef Competition jointly initiated by Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Hotel General Manager Club, Luhua Group and Beijing Qixiang Yubaquet Catering Management Co., Ltd. was held in Beijing. As for the rules of the competition, the contestants are required to use the series of cooking oil and condiments provided by Luhua to complete one famous dish independently within the allowed time of 20 minutes. The dishes should be creative, present lovely color, taste good, look beautiful and realize ingredients synergy to deliver greater nutritional value. At the same time, the competition invited an expert panel led by Cui Yufen, a famous Beijing cuisine chef, to be judges who judge the participating works according to international culinary competition standards.
In order to better highlight the sensory expression of the participating works in terms of "color, smell and taste" and help contestants better show Chinese flavor, apart from the first-class peanut oil series produced with 5S extraction technology, Luhua Group also provided a series of high-end seasonings for the competition, including Luhua Natural Fresh Brand soy sauce, black glutinous rice vinegar, fresh oyster sauce, ground sesame oil, cooking wine and so on.

After intense competition and strict evaluation by professional judges, the final results of the first Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Chef Competition were decided: Wang Zhanjiang from Beijing Dongxinglou Catering Management Co., Ltd. won the championship, while Wu Lei, Yang Chi, Wang Wenli, Wang Yueyue and Li Lei won the second and third places respectively.
"People regard food as their prime want and the flavor comes first as for food. Catering carries consumers' demands for nutrition and taste.
