MILAN, Dec. 10 (Class Editori) -- Intarget strengthens its collaboration with Italian diplomacy for the promotion and spread of Made in Italy products. After the realization of the application for WeChat Mini-Program, a platform of the Pa dedicated to the Italians who live in China, the company will take care of the social channels of the consulate in Shanghai.
Since last June, Italians who live or work in China and their partners in the area have a digital help desk available for public administration services. It is a bilingual, Italian and Chinese application, on the WeChat platform, which in 30 months received 3030 requests from unique users, enhanced 107 Italian institutions and companies and promoted 87 events in South-East China to raise awareness of the Italian culture.
To strengthen the presence of the consulate, in addition to the application that allows you to request consular services, search for events in the Italian community of Shanghai and Eastern China and stay informed about news of cooperation between the two countries, there are WeChat and Weibo, followed by approximately 18 thousand and 13 thousand followers respectively.
"In China, integrated Omnichannel communication is the most widespread. In line with this trend, we have set our proposal and offer of integrated solutions, imagining an even closer link between the three different channels of interaction with users", said Stefano Generali, managing director of Intarget China. "The three channels will talk about each other, allowing to increase the visibility of each touchpoint with a broad strategy under a single dedicated and bilingual team. This is our style of work and we continue to be grateful and proud to be able to offer our expertise and experience to promote the Sistema Italia".
The management of the official social networks is decided through an annual call for tenders that this year has been awarded to Intarget, an Italian digital agency and already the app for WeChat Mini-Program. The company is also present in Shanghai since last year with its own headquarters, with the aim of helping B2B brands and digital companies to interface with the Chinese market and offer them a privileged view on the opportunities to be seized.
The app can also be downloaded from the official account of the Consulate General of Italy in Shanghai and represents a digital help desk able to simplify passport requests, civil registration of Italians residing abroad, registration of civil acts for Italians but also services for Chinese citizens such as notarial translations and the request for a tax code.
