BEIJING, June 26 （Xinhua）-- Northwest China's Shaanxi Province will launch a trial program to spur the development of digital economy this year, Shaanxi Daily reported on Wednesday.
According to the report, the province will strive to establish a batch of digital economic demonstration zones, demonstration bases and demonstration platforms based on innovation-driven development in the next 2-3 years.
The move marks the province's latest efforts to explore the development pathway and model of digital economy in a bid to step up the sustainable and healthy development of the regional economy. (Edited by Yang Yifan, yangyifan@xinhua.org)
