2019 Thai general election: PPRP adjusts its team and appoints Anucha-Puttipong-Itthiphol to respond to political disputes

Abstract : Thanakorn Wangboonkongchana, deputy spokesman of the PPRP, said that secretary general of PPRP has ordered major party leaders to clarify political disputes and formulate measures to cope with the political situations after the election.

InfoQuest, (April 05, 2019) -- Mr. Thanakorn Wangboonkongchana, deputy spokesman of the Palang Pracharath Party (PPRP), said that Mr. Sontirat Sontijirawong, secretary general of PPRP, has ordered major leaders of the party, including Mr. Anucha Nakasai, chairman of Central Strategy Committee, Mr. Puttipong Punnakan, chairman of Bangkok Strategy Committee, and Vice Chairman Mr. Itthiphol Khunplome, to clarify political disputes that may affect the party's reputation, and formulate measures to cope with the political situations after the election. Judging from the current picture, the instabilities will become fiercer.

Meanwhile, the party has ordered Legal Affairs Department to gather the information about how political groups attack, smear, frame, and defame the party overtly and secretly on social media. If any relevant evidence is gathered, the Legal Affairs Department will prosecute immediately. The party also asked the Legal Affairs Department to handle various complaints facing candidates of disputed regions.
