BEIJING, April 1 (Xinhua) -- Tianjin Binhai International Airport, an important airport in north China's Tianjin Municipality, announced recently that it plans to add eight international destinations during this year's summer and fall flight season extending from March 31 to October 26.
The eight destinations are Sihanoukville and Siem Reap in Cambodia, Sabah in Malaysia, Chiang Mai in Thailand, Tashkent in Uzbekistan, Manado in Indonesia, Da Nang in Vietnam and Baku in Azerbaijan (freight).
According to the airport's flight plan, in the new flght season, 204 air routes will be used to link 146 destinations including 31 cities in 17 countries, and a total of 3,897 flights will be made each week.
Among the 146 destinations, 111 are cities in Chinese mainland, while 4 are cities in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
Besides, during this period, 14 domestic destinations are planned to be added, and passenger flights will fly to 21 cities in nine countries. (Edited by Gu Shanshan)
