Chairman of Tongwei Group Tongwei Group Liu Hanyuan, attended the fifth session of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) on March 3, 2017.
As a member of the CPPCC National Committee, Liu put forward his suggestions on six aspects during this year’s two sessions.
Liu's proposals this year are centered on electricity pricing reform, food supply security, entrepreneurial spirit, photovoltaic (PV) industry subsidy, reducing tax burden on PV companies and developing PV industry to deal with air pollution.
