The Munich-based IT-consultancy and service provider Allgeier SE is planning to strengthen its international software development business with its acquisition of the US-based Objectiva Software Solutions, Inc. Objectiva specializes in software development solutions and cross-platform technology implementation, especially in the areas of e-commerce and content.
In addition to its presence on the US market, Objectiva operates two Chinese software development centers in Beijing and Xi’an, which have enabled it to develop attractive customer accesses in China and other Asian markets. As part of the Allgeier group, Objectiva will also expand its activities in Germany and Europe in cooperation with the Allgeier group companies.
Allgeier SE is one of the leading IT firms for digital transformation. The rapidly growing group headquartered in Munich has over 120 branches located in the DACH region, 10 additional European countries as well as India, China, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Japan, South Africa, Australia, Mexico and the US. Allgeier recorded net revenues of 574 million Euro in continuing operations for the 2017 fiscal year.
