Sun Paper Industry Joint Stock Co.,Ltd. (002078.SZ) announced that it planned to increase investment of 636.644 million U.S. dollars in its subsidiary Sun Paper Laos Co., Ltd to build a 1.2-million-tonne paper mill in Laos.
