BEIJING, July 18 (Xinhua) -- Sun Paper Industry Joint Stock Co.,Ltd. (002078.SZ) announced that it planned to increase investment of 636.644 million U.S. dollars in its subsidiary Sun Paper Laos Co., Ltd to build a 1.2-million-tonne paper mill in Laos.
When completed, the paper mill is expected to realize annual sales revenue of 641.50 million U.S. dollars, net profits of 84.207 million U.S. dollars per year.
Total investment in the Lao company would increase to 1,069.324 million U.S. dollars from previous 432.68 million U.S. dollars after the above-mentioned investment. (Edited by Niu Huizhe, niuhuizhe@xinhua.org)
