Tesla Shanghai factory to make Model 3 by 2019-end, 3000 cars per week
Tesla plans to start producing Model 3 vehicles at its Shanghai gigafactory by the the end of 2019 with initial target set at 3,000 cars per week, the automaker said Thursday.
