Russia's oil firm signs deal with Iran on exploration studies
The Russian oil and gas company Tatneft has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with National Iranian South Oilfields Company (NISOC) for carrying oilfield development studies in southwestern Iran, Tehran Times daily reported on Tuesday.
