More than just games: finding passion at ChinaJoy 2026
Recently hosted at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, the China Digital Entertainment Expo and Conference, commonly known as ChinaJoy, returned with the theme "Level Up with AI." Spanning over 140,000 square meters, the event featured more than 500 game studios showcasing over 1,000 titles. It drew a remarkably diverse crowd, ranging from teenagers celebrating post-exam freedom to dedicated fans who traveled thousands of miles to attend.
