Doctor Zhao Baige, Vice Chair of the 12th NPC Foreign Affairs Committee, holds Chair of the Advisory Committee of BRI International Think Tank, CASS, Chair of Advisory Committee of RDI. Doctor Zhao has been dedicated to effectively implementing the BRI, offering advice to the government, and participating in the establishment of the BRI platforms co-organized by the government, think tanks and enterprises, which fulfill an important role for China to enter the new type of globalization. In 2019, she was granted "Hilal-iImtiaz" Pakistan Civil Award by Pakistani Government.
