BEIJING-- Since the Belt and Road Initiative was proposed three years ago,remarkable progress has been made in the construction of major projects andfree trade zones. Chinese Commerce Minister Gao Hucheng said that thecountry would further open to the world under the guidance of the Belt and RoadInitiative in 2017.
