BEIJING -- China will accelerate building charging facilities in a bid to promote the development of electric cars, the country's energy regulator announced on November 7.
According to the 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-2020) for power development released by the National Energy Administration and the National Development and Reform Commission, China's charging facilities are expected to meet the demands of over 5 million electric cars by the end of 2020.
