BEIJING, Nov. 30 (Xinhua) -- The service of instant processing and settlement in power supply business is now available in north China's Tianjin Municipality. Citizens in Tianjin can access to such efficient service through the "Online State Grid" App and the State Grid Marketing 2.0 System.

This service, developed by State Grid Tianjin Electric Power Company (State Grid Tianjin), enables instant processing and settlement of high-frequency power supply requirements such as the change of basic electricity pricing method, demand value, pricing strategy, basic information, and value-added tax information for consumers who have completed enterprise identification or householder identification, introduced Qiu Yutao with the marketing department of State Grid Tianjin.
As one of the first batch of online promotion units for State Grid's instant processing and settlement serivce, State Grid Tianjin has been actively exploring the path of digital transformation, integrating online and offline resources and leveraging intelligent platforms such as the "Online State Grid" App and the State Grid Marketing 2.0 System to further improve the efficiency of power services.
With this instant service, the average processing time for related business would be shorterned to about 10 minutes, said Qiu Yutao.
It is learned that this serivce will be introduced in more business areas of the State Grid Corp in an orderly manner.
State Grid Tianjin has also innovated and optimized some other online services recently. For instance, it has launched the online Power Surplus Warning service in the electricity market service area of the "Online State Grid" APP to help enterprises grasp the "predictive" information of electricity consumption, adjust production plans in a timely manner, and effectively reduce the cost of electricity consumption.
