BEIJING, Nov. 8 (Xinhua) -- State Grid Henan Electric Power Company recently achieved automatic restoration of power supply at its Canglong substation in ten seconds in Hubin District of Sanmenxia City in central China’s Henan Province with the automatic switching-in of network standby power supply in a simulation test.
This is the grid company’s latest efforts to ensure safe and stable operation of the power grid system. This simulation test marks the successful application test of the first set of network standby power automatic input equipment in Sanmenxia power grid, making Sanmenxia Power Supply Company of State Grid the first power supply company in the province to successfully put into closed-loop operation.
State Grid Sanmenxia Power Supply Company will continue to promote the standardized application of network standby automatic switching, and fully guarantee the safe and stable operation of Sanmenxia power grid during the peak season. (Edited by Jiang Yujuan, jiangyj@xinhua.org)
