PHNOM PENH, May 21 (Xinhua) -- Cambodia urged businessmen, entrepreneurs, investors and producers to participate in the seventh China International Import Expo (CIIE), to be held from Nov. 5-10 in east China's Shanghai, according to a Ministry of Commerce's statement on Tuesday.
The statement said the Ministry of Commerce will lead a business delegation to attend this mega-expo, saying that it will be a great opportunity for exhibitors to showcase their products and to explore new trading partners in China and across the globe.
The Ministry of Commerce is going to set up a Cambodian pavilion with commercial booths and prepare some sideline activities at the expo, it said.
Cambodian Ministry of Commerce's Secretary of State and Spokesperson Penn Sovicheat said the annual event has provided a unique opportunity for foreign companies to exhibit their products and services to potential Chinese consumers and investors.
