MILAN, July 18 (Class Editori) — NVP, an innovative SME active in the creation of content for television networks and broadcasting services, announced today that it has signed a 1.4-million-euro contract with Olympic Broadcasting Services (OBS) for the realization of the 2024 Summer Olympic Games to be held in Paris from July 26 to August 11, 2024.
The deal in details
The company said it will provide OBS with nearly 100 UHD broadcast cameras and 4 OB vans, the vehicles used for outdoor TV productions. The state-of-the-art equipment, capable of producing in the native 4K HDR format and exceeding the stringent quality and performance standards set by OBS, will be used to cover the competitions. The agreement will cover the equestrian Cross Country, Dressage and Jumping, and Modern Pentathlon competitions to be held in Versailles, as well as the Canoe Slalom and Canoe Sprint events.

"After the positive experience of Tokyo 2020, NVP has once again been selected by the Olympic Committee, with whom we are continuing and strengthening our collaboration. For the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, there will be up to four directors that we will put at their disposal. NVP shares soar on the EGM
The contract sent NVP's share price soaring on Euronext Growth Milan (EGM): +4.35% to 3.36 euros. Over the last three months, however, the stock has lost almost 7% of its value. (All rights reserved)
