Hanfu costumes are characterized by flowing robes with sweeping sleeves and embellished with intricate designs and embroidery. Styles from the Tang (618-907), Song (960-1279), and Ming (1368-1644) dynasties are the most popular.
Nowadays, Hanfu is making a comeback in modern China. An increasing number of young Chinese are wearing Hanfu in pursue of China-chic fashion and lifestyle.
The traditional Chinese attire is also well received by foreigners, as mirrored by the group of foreign youth visiting the Tianxi Hanfu base in the Lixinzhuang Town.
The Tianxi Hanfu base was built at the end of 2017. Covering a total area of over 5,600 square meters that is divided into clothing exhibition area, storage area and packaging area, it is the largest e-commerce base in the Shanxian County. (Edited by Su Dan with Xinhua Silk Road, sudan@xinhua.org)
