MILAN, Oct 7 (Class Editori) — Racing Force accelerates in the supply chain. The Liguria-based company specializing in the production of safety components for car races has completed the acquisition of Giordani Digital Lab, an historical supplier of the Group, to promote upstream integration in the value chain and enhance production and management synergies.
A strategic deal
Based in Ronco Scrivia, Genoa, Giordani Digital Lab produces and customizes racing apparel through sublimation printing, cutting, tailoring packaging and digital printing. The acquisition involves the transfer of the business unit, including the subsidiary's production machinery and accessories, to the Group.
Meanwhile, at Piazza Affari the news has given wings to Racing Force's stock, which on Euronext Growth Milan is gaining 2% to 4.58 euros, in line with its positive performance over the past month (+7.01%).
