InfoQuest (June 29, 2022) - Benefiting from the continuous improvement of the global COVID-19 situation, economic recovery and the opening policy, Thailand exported 1,014,611 tons of livestock products valued at 106.66 billion baht in the first five months of this year, up by 20.82 percent on a year-on-year basis. This reflects the confidence of trading partner countries in Thailand's product quality inspection and control.
Its most popular livestock products include meat and its processed products and non-frozen products.
As Thailand continues to negotiate with other countries to open its market and expand its export market, it's predicted that the export of livestock products will continue to expand in the second half of the year.
