BEIJING, Aug. 11 (Xinhua) -- The Liaoning Province Finance Department has allocated 200 million yuan of financial funds this year to help tourism enterprises severely struck by the COVID-19 epidemicto get rid of business difficulties and relieve their financial pressure, reported by Liaoning Daily on Monday.
In order to support the work and production resumption of tourism enterprises, the province has allocated 120 million yuan of financial funds to ice and snow tourism enterprises and travel agencies with good development prospects, helping them to deal with urgent problems on procurement of prevention and control materials and payoff.
At the same time, Liaoning province also allocated a certain amount of funds to stimulate the tourism market by issuing tourism vouchers.
In terms of the upgrading of key tourism projects and market expansion, the province has allocated 80 million yuan of financial funds to provide loan interest discounts for key tourism projects and special subsidies for travel agencies with outstanding performance to expand the market, and also to support the construction of tourism public infrastructure and service facilities.
