BEIJING, May 25 (Xinhua) -- The regulations of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on optimizing the business environment will take effect from July 1, according to a press conference held by the local government recently.
The regulations have set requirements in implementing regulatory checklist system, clarifying daily supervision, promoting credit supervision and implementing inclusive and prudential supervision to ensure the sound and orderly development of the market and build a better business environment.
According to the regulations, special industries and key areas which directly involve public safety and people's lives and health, such as environmental protection, food and drug safety and safety production, will adopt key supervision over the entire process in accordance with law and regulations.
Governments at and above the county level and relevant departments are required to promote the construction of a social credit system, improve the credit archives of various market entities, establish the public credit information sharing platform to improve the market credit system.
Inclusive and prudent supervision will be implemented on industries involving new industries, new formats, new technologies and new models.
In recent years, Guangxi has achieved great progress in improving business environment and government service by taking a series of reforms and innovation.
