BEIJING, March 31 (Xinhua) -- Six province-administrated enterprises in central China's Henan Province signed a cooperative agreement with Alibaba on infrastructure construction in a bid to realize digital transformation.
According to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Henan Provincial People's Government on Sunday, the six enterprises will work with Alibaba in the fields of energy, equipment manufacturing, aviation, highway and water conservancy.
Alibaba will take full advantage of its industry experience to help these enterprises improve the digital level. Through bilateral cooperation, province-administrated enterprises can make better use of new technologies such as the Internet, big data and cloud computing to monitor work resumption rate, capacity utilization rate and duty rate, with an aim to establishing a more accurate and orderly model of epidemic prevention and control and production resumption.
Moreover, the two sides will join hands in promoting the transformation of traditional industries, cultivating emerging industries and accelerating the construction of an intelligent management platform for province-administrated enterprises.
The six province-administrated enterprises are Henan Energy and Chemical Industry Group, Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Group, Henan Civil Aviation Development & Investment Co.
