Among the projects, there are 46 highway transportation projects with a total length of 939 kilometers involving total investment of 50.8 billion yuan.
The start of these major projects will provide support for Sichuan to transform its economic development model, optimize its economic structure, and transform its growth momentum.
For example, a smart wearable products R&D and manufacturing base with an investment of 10 billion yuan will be built in Chengdu Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone.
It is reported that the zone and Foxconn signed a draft agreement in 2019 to announce the investment project. The base is designed to occupy 100,000 square meters.
