HANGZHOU, March 23 (Xinhua) -- The Jack Ma Foundation and Alibaba Foundation have announced plans to donate medical supplies to 24 Latin American countries to help their battle against the spread of COVID-19.
A total of two million masks, 400,000 test kits and 104 ventilators will be donated to 24 Latin American countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Cuba, Ecuador, Dominican Republic and Peru.
"We will ship long-distance, and we will hurry! WE ARE ONE!" said Jack Ma, who announced the pledges through his Twitter account.
