BEIJING, Feb. 20 (Xinhua) --- Shanghai will pilot establishment of unified market access and regulatory rules in the Yangtze River Delta, one of China's most economically invigorating and innovative region, according to a plan released by the municipal government for better business environment on Wednesday.
The city will explore and promote the unification of regulatory standards in areas such as production and construction permit access, facilitate the integrated construction of product inspection standards, application of methods, and result determination, and strengthen construction of a number of public service platforms such as the science and technology resource sharing service platform in the region.
Meanwhile, Shanghai will also carry out the reform of separating operation permits from business licenses in an all-round manner to vitalize the market.
The Yangtze River Delta region, led by Shanghai, also includes the provinces of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui. (Edited by Hu Pingchao, hupingchao@xinhua.org)
