BEIJING, Nov. 12 (Xinhua) -- Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) Lingang area on Monday launched an integrated information management service platform, to improve the convenience of government services as well as optimize business environment for the Lingang Sarea.
The construction of the platform has divided into two stages, of which the newly established first stage concentrates on the application, approval, and credit management in the field of engineering construction to improve efficiency.
Meanwhile, e-government services will be available on the platform, offering enterprises a cutting-edge government services mode similar to the e-commerce platform.
The approval of land planning permission only involves one submission through the new platform, while the previous procedures take eleven steps, according to Wu Xiaohua, deputy director of the Lingang area.
It is noted that the second stage of the platform, which incorporates advance monitoring models such as comprehensive risk control, key area observation, and all sector combined operation, will come live in the three months. (Edited by Jiang Feifan)
