BEIJING, April 9 (Xinhua) -- The 13th China Henan International Investment and Trade Fair officially opened on Monday in Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center, where the global guests meet, gather together and seek common development, showing vigor and vitality.
As one of the sub forums of the fair, the 2019 Belt and Road-"She Spent, She Economy, She Splendid" forum was held in the afternoon of Monday. Ms. Xu Ping, President of Henan Bonded Group, noted that under the guidance of the Belt and Road Initiative, Henan Bonded Group has promoted rapid development of cross-border e-commerce and built up an online silk road, which facilitates unimpeded trade and people-to-people bond among nations.
Besides, Henan Bonded Group has made constant effort in innovations, creating the "1210" supervision mode, the "fast clearance" mode, the cross-border O2O self-picking mode. It has become a barometer for national and global cross-border e-commerce development.

It is promoting the "online silk road" more and more convenient, like a colorful dance, depicted on the world stage. The central plains pattern has injected strong driving force for Henan's continued opening up and China's deep integration into the "Belt and Road" construction.
In the past four decades, Henan has been dedicated to the opening-up, absorbing global capital with endowment and open attitude and proving its value with strength and development speed. With the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative, Zhengzhou, capital city of Henan province, has developed from an inland city to a highland for opening-up, drawing attention worldwide.
