Abstract : Shandong Airlines said it will add more domestic flights and international ones to the Republic of Korea and Japan starting from the end of March.

JINAN, March 24 (Xinhua) -- Shandong Airlines said it will add more domestic flights and international ones to the Republic of Korea and Japan starting from the end of March.

The airline company will implement the 2019 summer and autumn season flight schedule from March 31. A total of 16 domestic flights will be added for the season.

Flights to Seoul, Incheon, and Osaka will be made more frequent, the company said.

Before the summer and autumn flight season begins, Shandong Airlines had a capacity of 124 aircraft, operating more than 200 routes with 3,700 flights every week between 80 cities in China. Its international routes lead to cities in the Republic of Korea, Japan, Thailand, Cambodia, India, Singapore, and other countries.

China's civil aviation authorities enforce different flight schedules for different seasons. The summer and autumn flight season is from the last Sunday in March to the last Saturday in October.

The winter and spring season starts from the last Sunday in October to the last Saturday in March of the following year.
