InfoQuest (March 21, 2019) -- Mr. Uttam Sawangnoon, leader of Phalang Pracharat Party, noted that many parties have reckoned that a multi-party government will be formed after the election. Suppose that Palang Pracharath wins enough public trust to establish a new government, then the first thing it should do, is to work with like-minded parties through negotiation under the guidance of generally accepted policies, in a way to bring benefits to people as much as possible. Second, it should issue policies to resolve the people’s concerns according to the urgency of these problems, rather than seeking interests for some parties or individuals.
Meanwhile, he also pointed out that the policies of Palang Pracharath have been assessed by professionals in all aspects. If some people criticize Palang Pracharath, saying that its polices focus on money dividing and only value populism, such views are one-sided because they have not considered the overall factors systematically.
"To be exact, no policies of Palang Pracharath just mean decreasing, exchanging, distributing, and donating. For example, the party aims to offer product security, and track the process of production, export, and selling, so as to help farmers increase their income. Besides, the party also has other policies, such as alleviating the debt burden of farmers, and enhancing their skills and competitiveness. The objective is to enable farmers of the new era to promote farm product trade with technologies.
They also have other policies related to workers, SNE groups, teachers, and college student groups. By releasing these policies, Palang Pracharath seeks to reduce debts, and enhance professional skills, so as to boost the capacity of sustainable employment. At the same time, it means to close gap and create new opportunities, and enhance the saving awareness of all professional groups, in an attempt to improve their livelihood."
Some people oppose debt repayment policy, saying that it will undermine state fiscal discipline. Mr. Uttam contended that it was not the case. After assessing all the implications of these policies, what they should focus on is to enhance the professional skills of all vocational groups, and create income for them. When people have money and enough income, they will have a higher awareness of saving, and the saved money will be used for their future life. All policies are consistent and inter-linked, so these critics are asked to view the policies objectively and refrain from prejudice.
